“In regards to the sale of the home on silverbell. This home was condemned by St Johns county for toxic mold. The buyer won the bidding war with a cash bid that was higher than other pursuers including some big firms. He works with a lot of contractors and had a mold specialist inspect the property after winning the bidding war. The county had started a countdown for the mold to be remediated. The buyer bought the property with cash and closed on time with no hassles to the seller and then immediately fixed the mold situation. Seller was very pleased to not have to come out of pocket for 20k to fix the situation. Buyer paid a fair price for the risk of taking on the property with mold. All were happy.”
